4. Protect Your Energy Before & After

Create a sacred boundary before you hit ‘post’ or ‘go live.’

Call in your guides, your ancestors, your higher self.

When you’re done, unplug, cleanse, and return to your center.

5. Affirm Your Worth

Repeat after me:

“I am worthy of being seen as I am. My energy is magnetic to those who are meant for me.”
