Cancellation Policy
🕊️ General Service Policies Thank you for choosing to work with me. The following policies are in place to ensure a respectful, smooth, and aligned experience for both of us. By booking any service, you agree to the terms outlined below: ⸻ 📅 Booking & Preparation • All astrology services require at least 48 hours’ notice for preparation. • For chart-based or intuitive services, accurate client information (e.g., birth details or specific questions) must be submitted at the time of booking. • Sessions are available via Zoom (live) or in-person, depending on the service selected. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. • Missed sessions or no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. 📦 Delivery & Follow-Up • For recorded services, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery via email. • PDF charts, summaries, or intuitive notes are included where applicable. • Follow-up questions are welcome for clarity, but full re-readings or in-depth coaching outside of the session time will require a new booking. ⚖️ Boundaries & Ethics • All sessions are held in a judgment-free, confidential space. • I reserve the right to decline service if a request feels out of alignment, unethical, or violates boundaries. • By booking, you agree that my services are spiritual, energetic, or intuitive in nature and do not replace licensed medical, legal, or mental health care. 🧿 Energetic Exchange Each service is a sacred container of energy, time, and intention.
